The empires of the future are the empires of the mind.
– Winston Churchill
Most athletes dedicate the majority of their time and money to training the body. They arrive at competition in shape having rarely given a thought to training the mind. Should it come as a surprise then that when failure rears it’s ugly head it is not from a deficiency of the body, but a break down in the mind. It’s a tragedy.
I won’t argue the mind as being more valuable than the body, but in the simplest of terms, train both or watch as your competition passes you by. Through mental training, we will mold your mind into an indomitable force capable of breaking through fears and creating new realities, unleashing the most dangerous version of yourself upon any poor bastard who dares stand in your way.
